Maxillary hypoplasia regarding a clinical case

We report a case of a female patient aged 11 years and 5 months, with permanent dentition, pattern III due to maxillary retrusion and mandibular protrusion, mesofacial, normo divergent, slight mandibular asymmetry to the right, slightly convex profile, class III malocclusion, class II right canine relationship, crowded upper jaw, anterior skeletal and dental crossbite, upper midline deviated to the left by 1 mm, root dwarfism of teeth 11 and 21, tooth 1.2 conoid shape. The treatment performed for this case was orthopedic and orthodontic. Masticatory and aesthetic function was recovered as part of the treatment objectives.
